Shipping

Every lamp from Qué Hace el Abuelo is prepared on demand, in small batches. We do not keep warehouse stock — your piece is finished, checked, and packed after you order it.

Delivery time

Total estimated delivery time is 30–40 days from the day you place your order. This includes the time Manolo needs to prepare and check your lamp, plus transit time.

Order confirmation and tracking

You will receive an order confirmation by email right after purchase. When your lamp ships, we send a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Shipping destinations and cost

We ship across Europe. Shipping cost (if any) is shown clearly at checkout before you pay — no surprise fees.

If something goes wrong in transit

Each lamp is packed with protective material around the resin piece and the wooden base. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at ivaylosweb@gmail.com with photos of the package and the piece, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
