Before shipping, we check that every lamp works and is ready to use. If there is any problem when your lamp arrives, write to us within 90 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

How to start a return

Email ivaylosweb@gmail.com with your order number and, if the piece arrived damaged, a few photos. We answer every message and will tell you exactly what happens next — no forms, no runaround.

Right of withdrawal (EU)

If you are an EU consumer, you also have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. Our 90-day guarantee is in addition to your legal rights, never instead of them.

A note about handmade pieces

Resin worked by hand can show tiny bubbles or unique marks — these are part of each piece and are not defects. Damage in transit, a lamp that does not light, or a piece that does not match what you ordered are always covered.
